KIUNO creates balanced garments built around shape and structure. Each piece supports the body and fosters quiet confidence through structural silhouettes.

THE KIOO

In Swahili, kioo means mirror.

The mark is two K's set against one another, meeting on a single vertical axis. Held straight on, it reads as a face. Frontal, balanced, still. A mask.

Masks are made to be looked at, and to hide what stands behind them. This one does neither. Hold it to a mirror and nothing changes. Reverse it, catch it in a window at night, see it on someone walking the other way, it comes back exactly as it left. It has no hidden side.

That is the whole idea. A sign that does not depend on the angle you see it from asks nothing of the person wearing it. No explanation, no posture. It holds on its own. Worn on the chest, it stops being a label. A mask no one hides behind. A reflection, turned back toward you.
